This was, by far, the best new car purchasing experience in my entire life. All the employees were most helpful, friendly, and looked out for my best interest. Every- thing went like clockwork and I was out of there in my new car in under 1 1/2 hr.
The personnel at this dealership are friendly, easy to work with, and seem to be genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the car, the service, the price, the warranties and in other wordds, the whole package. Not only was the purchase of my 2011 Cadillac DTS a pleasant experience but my salesman continues to provide outstanding response to my needs as a customer. Tracy can find the right car for you with her eyes closed and makes sure you always leave and return as a happy customer. Most dealerships I have visited in the past have nothing but pushy sales people. They take your keys for an evaluation of your trade in, and don't give them back till they hound you to death. NOT this dealership. Absolutely professional and courteous. Tracy went out of her way to find me the right car and every available discount possible to get me the best price. Whenever I come in for service, I'm treated like a person, not a mark. Best dealership and staff I have ever dealt with! I LOVE my CTS!
