Woah. I am so saddened by my recent experience here. Homer is no longer there. I dealt with Jeff Williams this time and was very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I can no longer in good conscience recommended Volvo of Santa Monica.
Jeff is a horrible sales person. He can barely answer a question, can't pick up the phone and when he does, he can't seem to stay focused on it. He made an appointment three days earlier with me for 12pm on Wed and cancelled it a 10am on Wed. Says he had 3 other appts scheduled. The guy doesn't know if he's coming or going. Will head to another dealership where you don't get excuses and bizarre behavior blaming the customer when truly the Dealership and Jeff are to blame. But he did say "He's the best." Go figure.
