Dealing with the people here has been a huge disappointment. I came in to lease a XC90, and it seems like Jeff and Stephen here make a living on adding unnecessary costs to the contract. In addition, Jeff indicates that he would take care of the remaining payments on my lease. After correcting numerous errors and making last minute changes to the contract, the payments were left off. Woah. I am so saddened by my recent experience here. Homer is no longer there. I dealt with Jeff Williams this time and was very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I can no longer in good conscience recommended Volvo of Santa Monica.
