My experience at Preston Volkswagen was very pleasant. I had made initial contact with Mike through the dealership's website and he was very personable and set me up with Chad to help me find the right car. At first, we had a tough time finding the right car for me, but they ended up getting a hold of me the next day and found me the perfect car. Chad and Mike were great to deal with. Chad and Christina were amazing to work with. I walked in with a price that I could afford and Chad was able to show me many cars in that price range. I test drove a 2008 VW Jetta that I fell in love with. Christina worked with my credit to get me the best possible financing and was able to get me a low monthly payment. I saw the car in Auto trader through NADA. Checked the I saw the car in Auto trader through NADA. Checked the pricing at local dealer ships and Preston was very compeditive. Mike was my initial contact and we worked out a deal. He disclosed a carfax problem but assured me it was taken care of.

The best purchasing experience I've had! Mike and Bobby made it very accommodating without the pressure like usually. Very happy with my CC now that mike took his personal time to show me how to use it. They even went above and beyond to deliver it to my house. I will be telling everyone where I got my car. Absolutely the best I have dealt with at any VW dealership. Everyone here was extremely courteous and none of the salesmen were pushy, and of the financials were explained in detail. Could not have asked for a better experience. Guys like these are the reason VolksWagen has made a big come back and a bigger impact in sales than ever before.
