I was searching for a particular color and certain options in my car search. When I went to the dealership I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Chad was very friendly and knowledgable. After telling him what I was looking for he contacted me when a car became available. It took several visits and test drives to meet all my requirements. Good experience, my salesman Eric was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed that the owner Bobby Preson helped to negotiate the deal. As a female this can be a very daunting undertaking but I felt very comfortable and at ease. Great job guys; keep up the good work.

Mark Boda was the salesman who helped me during my visit to Preston. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about Volkswagen and the car I was interested in. Mark went over all the features of the car with me. When I picked up the car, Mark set up the bluetooth with my phone, programmed the radio with my favorite stations, and again reviewed the features of the car. Mark Boda was very helpful and not pushy. He knew the vehicle's strong points. I had a Beetle 40+ years ago and wanted my new one in a similar color. They didn't have one on the lot and Mark and Bobby were able to quickly locate one for me.

Salesman Steve Hurtuk was the most pleasant and Salesman Steve Hurtuk was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with made sure I was well satisfy with everything. When over all the new car features set up the bluetooth for me with my cell phone. Programed the radio with favorite stations one of the best salesman I have dealt with. The owner was also very attentive and helpful also. A very pleasant experiance.

I came to Preston to have a tire repaired on my 2007 Beetle. When I pulled on the lot I saw a new model Beetle in a light blue. When Mike saw me looking he offered a drive "while I waited". When my tire was ready I td them to keep it I was buying a new car! The service was great. The deal was good and the staff tremendous. Thanks for making it easy. Arlene Jones, New Castle
