The only good experience I had was purchasing my vehicle with Tyler. I have had nothing but disappointment after buying my 2023 Volkswagen Jetta in 2023. I thought buying a brand new car would leave me free of issues for years to come. I came in to get routine service done to my vehicle and I informed them I only had a set amount of money to spend and they kept trying to up-sell me in services saying the software needs updated very slow service and poor attitudes and will not be coming here again if it can be helped
WOW! I am giving this “Service” rating as one who has been in the job of Service Manager. The only way this Preston Volkswagen has a 4 star rating is that they coming the quality VW product sales with the extremely poor service department. Attitude. I was emailed to see if I was still interested in a vehicle. The email was; "STILL INTERESTED??????" I replied if they could meet my expectations. Used car purchase We made the hour trek to Preston after being contacted by them after filling out an on-line credit app. Chad was our salesman. After telling him what type of vehicle we were looking for, once he found out our financing limits brought out the Outlander. We took it for a drive and at the 1st stop the brake pedal felt like it was going to the floor! untrustworthy dealer Bought certified preowned gti...didnt recieve spare key or hatch cover...wipers were junk nothing was done to the standards of a preowned..i was unaware at time of purchase these were required to be there....had to call vw direct and still fought for months to get a key...owner wouldnt pay to program key or give me what else i deserved..what a joke

Service problems.. I have had servicing done on my 2003 Jetta TDi wagon in the past and the work was fine. Recently, I was due for a 110,000 servicing and scheduled an appointment. I had planned to use a dealer issued discount coupon, but the service tech said that it had just expired and wouldn't honor it, so I down graded to a regular oil change.
