I rated the employee with all 5's due the excellent treatment and customer service that I received. The dealership did not have my vehicle on the lot due to the limited availability, but Mike went above and beyond to get me a vehicle delivered when he said he would. I appreciate when people do what they say. I would definitely recommend Preston Volkswagen to someone else and recommend them to ask for Mike.
One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I was just stopping in to check prices on a new van and was given an offer that was too good to pass up. Everyone I have worked with at the dealership have been wonderful and exceeded my expectations.
Experience with Preston VW was very good. The people were friendly. I tried getting financed at a bunch of different dealerships and they couldn't get me financed. I was lied to at other dealerships about being approved. Chad and Cristina were very patient and hard working. At the end of the day I drove out of the dealership with a car that I am very happy with.
I first contacted the dealership by internet. The response was prompt, friendly and thorough without being pushy. I was encouraged to visit for a testdrive where I met Mike and his team. I always see the ads, so I went to Preston to test the bad credit/no credit promise, honestly. I was greeted and Chad was free. I explained what I was looking for, which I felt was kinda sking for a lot for little, and Chad said he'd do what he could. Wow. Chad and Christina went beyond my expectations.
