I went in only looking to test drive a TDI Jetta & Golf but planning to buy from an out of state dealer with an unbeatable offer (nearly dealer cost). I drove both around and was given the standard factory invoice offer. When I informed them of the price I could get from another dealer they actually were able to match it for me.
The salesman and dealership were great. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They understood our needs and worked to make it fit our budget. I would highly recommend the dealership and my salesman, Chad Boofer, to everyone that I know.

My ratings are based on Preston VW personal service which was extended to me as a new car buyer. The overall experience was great starting with the immediate offer of assistance from Chad to the attention of Bob managing finance considerations. Christina efficiently compiled all necessary paperwork to expedite the process and I went home with a 'perfect fit' new Tiguan! I would happily and highly recommend Preston VW!
Christina Finished up my paper work for my new EOS. Her enthusiasm is infectious!! Really enjoyed the time with her; she was professional, yet down-to-earth. Her explanations of the paper work and services were very understandable--- you can tell she enjoys her job and working with people.
