Great experience! This was my first Toyota purchase. I went with friends that recommened this dealership. Initially I had a Subaru Legacy in mind but test drove a Corolla & loved it! Great dealership Excellent service, Great buying experience. They get you in and out in reasonable timeframe, won't sell you something that doesn't fit your needs (had a small leak in transfer case that could have resulted in very expensive fix but mechanic recommended just monitoring and bringing back in in a week, ended up it was just a breather hole that had filed up with dirt. Best Car Buying Experience This dealership is great. I've had by far the best experience buying a car to date. Randy Rogan was extremely helpful. I spoke with him beforehand on the phone and he had everything set up for me when I got there. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me every option he had. Fantastic I started looking to buy a used Jeep Wrangler but the vehicle was no longer available. After research and talking decided on Toyota 4 Runner. I was educated on benefits and decided to purchase. Unlike most car dealers this was most pleasurable. Jim followed up diligently with me. Finance worked to process being very friendly. This was a most pleasurable experience.

Simply Wonderful I had previously talked with Justin on the phone and he was very helpful in giving me some preliminary info. A couple weeks later, I went to the dealership and sat and talked with him and Kevin. They were both super friendly and answered all of my questions. As much as I know they are there to sell cars and make a living, it was a comfortable atmosphere and I felt no pressure (which is a BIG thing for me). Low Pressure Highly Helpful I dealt with Justin Bailey during my visit. I came in with a price range and an idea of the kind of car I would like and Justin helped me make a selection based off what would work best for me and my wife. He didn't try to up sell us and was even willing to be patient as we took time to look at another few dealerships. Ultimately, it was his candor and helpfulness that brought us back from Columbus to make our purchase with Justin. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota.
