We worked with Roxana Cervantes and purchased our forester touring hybrid. Car purchasing can be a bit stressful and excessively long, but Roxana was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Timmons Subaru, and ask for Roxana.

A very positive experience! Having been in the automobile industry for nearly 25 years, I knew what to expect. They were a nice experience. Not what I expected! My sales representative was Curtis Wilson was great. No over sell. He asked what I wanted and listened! Yes, he offered alternatives. He then presented their product. First time getting a Subaru and the experience was top tier. Jeff was very insightful and HONEST and took every question we had into account. He gave great direction during the test drive and really gave us the most of the experience. Mario in financing laid everything out and explained it all like we were 5 in a way that just made us feel more confident in our purchase because we knew what was happening. We're lucky to have only left with 1. I know they've set us up so well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
