I needed to have a 60000 mile service, a ball joint replaced and some brakes replaced. I was able to make an appointment very quickly. The service was excellent and the guy who helped me was knowledgeable and very friendly. Because of my excellent warranty and the fact that Subaru takes care of its customers like family, I was in a loaner car over the weekend. It was a newer version of my car…. And as nice as it was, it gave me a new gratitude for my car. 🚙💨 I will be back for more services when the time is due!

I came in on my 9:30 a.m. appointment for my Scheduled Service. My service advisor was very Friendly & very thorough. I was in and out in 23 minutes. Very clean waiting area with very comfortable leather chairs. Thank.You Life should be so easy. My only regret is I didn't bring any pastries as I'm done in the past. It will not happen again because I was running behind which is no excuse. Sincerely, Daniel Fisher

I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Timmons Subaru. The sales team was wonderful. As a woman shopping for a car alone, I didn’t feel like I was being preyed upon (as I did in other dealerships). In house financing beat all other interest rates. They have a fantastic onboarding which helped me learn all my vehicle features. My first service appointment went well except for the “car wash”. I can sum the Dealership in two words, GREAT SERVICE. My service advisor, Marvin kept me updated with every step of the progress and returned my Forester to me in no time at all. Had it washed too. We live in West Covina but the drive to Long Beach is worthwhile Again great service, I highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family

I went here for my first car service at 6K miles and had a great experience. I was greeted right away by David and was taken care of with friendly service and a good explanation of what to expect. I received the updates via text and got a complimentary car wash too. The lounge was comfortable, so I could work as m y car was being serviced. I will be coming back. Great service, thanks Timmons Subaru!
