Love this dealer! This is my second Subaru I had. Every time I have my car serviced it's good experience. I have excellent service advisors, Always take service to another level. I wait there while service is done. Wifi available while you wait or you can good home they do have car service.

Excellent Customer Service from Miguel Lopez at Subaru on Cherry Avenue! Thankfully, Miguel Lopez, the salesperson who helped me purchase my car, kindly volunteered to help me how to fix the flat tire, he's helping me understand how to keep the car driving safely, many new thing I leaned for new Subaru. I had a really great experience buying my car! My salesperson, Russell, was amazing and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He never pressured me, there was no need for back-and-forth negotiations, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Everyone else I interacted with was also very pleasant and welcoming. Despite my initial frustrations on option for uber, this facility is always very fast with their services and turnaround usually it doesn't feel like my car is taken for that long. They missed a TPS light during my last service, I communicated my concern, they told me that they didn't see any light only to find out that their tech forgot to add it to the service summary. The csr made it right and offered to correct it the next time; this is how you know they keep their teams accountable to great quality work.

I think that like most people car buying is one of my least favorite things to do but a huge necessity. The folks at Timmons made that experience much easier and less painful than several of my past experiences. We used the Costco Auto Buying Program which made the process even easier. Our contact Sabri Algaza was very courteous and not at all pushy.
