I wanted to recognize Jeff Sollee, Internet Manager, at Timmons Subaru of Long Beach. I found him to be very responsive, professional, courteous and customer oriented. Unfortunately, Timmons couldn't accommodate what I was looking for, but I would definitely consider them in the future based on this experience.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Timmons Subaru service and sales. I have been using them for 21 years. In fact, I purchased a new Outback from them in 2019 because I knew I could trust Timmons to fulfill all my needs. They are always professional, polite, and willing to explain what needs to be done. Their last service was to replace my radio unit. Rivelino was a pleasure to work with. Also, he followed up to insure I was completely satisfied. I WAS!
