Jeff Sollee ran internet sales for us, and was clear, supportive, and clarifying throughout the process. Miles in financing was also quite helpful.

I have bought a Crosstrek Sport for my wife a month ago. I visited there for a test drive and Scott Ferguson, Internet Sales Manager, happened to help me which was lucky for me. He walked around with me showing lots of cars with different trims, colors and options. It was a very hot day but he was so kind and never expressed it was bothering him. Jeff from Sales was the best salesperson I've encountered. He was incredibly transparent, communicative, and willing to negotiate to get the best price for our Subaru Outback. Even after the sale of the vehicle, he was able to continue delivering excellent service to me sending helpful videos and guiding me through the life of the vehicle. If I ever need a car, or a friend wants suggestions to dealership, I would recommend them to Jeff. 100% fantastic experience.

I needed Subaru Outback quotes quick. Reached out to Timmons first and Curtis Wilson responded and was awesome the entire time. He gave me, he said, lowest quote on limited in SOCAL. He did not know I reached out to four others at the same time. In three days Curtis was patient and guided through the negotiation process and hands down beat all quotes by $25 a month! I live in Long Beach, but bought my auto from OC Subaru 3 years ago, and just go in the habit of taking it there for service. Today though-- while I was on the 55 Freeway, they changed signs and I got lost. Anyway to make a long story short. I called Timmons, they took me right away for not only oil change service but changed out batteries in that were low in my key. My husband and I went to Timmons Subaru on 7/19/25 and 7/21/25 to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. The experience was great! I had one of the most wonderful experienced when buying a car. Adela Rodriguez, the Internet Sales Manager, was so experienced, wonderful and so professional. She explained to me all my options and I was not pressured to make a selection. I feel like if you want to buy a Subaru, go to Timmons and ask for Adela Rodriguez. She would be able to help you. They saved me a lot of money compared to what Subaru Pacific wanted to charge and were really helpful with repair on 2020 Ascent. Subaru Pacific identified issues after my warranty expired. Subaru of America offered to cover a significant portion of the roughly $10,000 estimate, but I was still going to be paying ~ $2000. I had Timmons Subaru check the car out.
