Very disappointed in my experience today with Yulissa at Timmons today. I walked in fully prepared to purchase and left without a car. Honesty and integrity matter to me, and this was a textbook bait-and-switch. Beware of buying a used car here! I bought a used Honda at Timmons Subaru 2 weeks ago and was excited as this was my first car buying experience from a dealership. Louie was great and kind, we didn't feel pressured by him at all and he was extremely personable and helpful. I did not purchase my Subaru from this location. I moved to Long Beach in early 2025 and have since had my car serviced here twice for simple maintenance. Both times, I left feeling uneasy about the quality of the work. The service is fast, maybe a little too fast. After my first visit, my car started showing a low windshield wiper fluid notice for the first time ever, about two months later. Before and during the purchase everything was good. After I signed, the customer service diminished. I was told to meet up at my car to go over Bluetooth connection, but the salesman never came until I had to message him about 10 minutes later and then he came. He apologized and said that he had 2 other customers. I should be the priority since I haven't even left the lot yet and just bought a car with you. This was the absolute worst experience you could imagine having. Sleazy car sales at its finest I came in before the expiry of my lease, I was hoping to buy the car out but was really open to all options- wanting to continue to be a customer here. Service department needs better phone and people skills. They are not helpful at all. They are brief when asking them questions and it feels as though you're bothering them. I've been going to this location for service for 2-3 years and I've never been impressed with their service.
