Although I didn't buy a new Forester, I looked at them at Timmons. The salesman, Henry Park, was knowledgeable and helpful. Keep him in mind if interested in a Subaru.

To cut to the chase before sharing the personal stuff: If you're considering a Subaru, start here. Period.  I'm sure all the guys there are great, but I can tell you that if you ask for Russell, you'll be in great hands - especially if what you're looking for is a friendly, low pressure experience. What can I say. Henry and the Timmons group make it a great experience. I purchased my 2nd Subaru through Henry. Such a pleasant down to earth good person. I drive a little far, but it's worth the drive to receive great customer service. I recommend Henry and the Timmons Subaru team

My partner and purchased an Outback Wilderness from Timmons Subaru this past wknd and we were very happy with the overall experience. Edwin helped us with the test drive, giving all information needed as well as a lot of good laughs. Everyone throughout this experience was super helpful and laughs were plentiful. I'd definitely recommend Timmons and Edwin for that matter!!

My experience at Timmons Subaru was extremely efficient, straight forward and smooth, even choosing to buy my car on Labor Day weekend. The team that helped me was kind, patient with my questions and helpful, making my first car buying experience very easy. I had previously visited another dealership that was unhelpful, but coming to Timmons was so much better. Great customer service by Moises. My daughter went to buy her first Subaru WRX and we had the best dealership experience ever. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant to deal with. Timmons Subaru is a pet friendly work place which made my experience more memorable. I met Molly, a French bulldog, English bulldog and saw some fishes name Nemo and Dory.

I've used Timmons for service for my Outback, but today was the first time I interacted with the sales department and I must say, they were exceptional. I compared the responses I received from three dealers. Russell as well as Henry were both very straightforward in giving me information about the various programs. Other dealers were not as clear or forthcoming with pricing.
