I would be hesitant with this Subaru dealership as it has a poor management team running the show. The sales man that was working with me was super nice and knowledgeable, but as soon as I was handed to the manager at this dealership, that's where the experience turned sour. I had mentioned several times that I was looking to trade in my vehicle but due to the age of it, they didn't seem to want to do any business with it. Accompanied a family member looking to buy and I was shocked how relentlessly these people tried to sell her the extended warranty. She clearly told them no thanks many times and they kept bringing it up and their tactic was just so nasty trying to guilt trip her into buying it. I get selling that stuff is how you make commission but Jesus Christ, drop it and move on if a customer is declining the service.
