What can I say?! Henry Park over at Timmons has gone above and beyond, providing outstanding customer service and communication! He's down to earth, quick to respond with a no pressure attitude. The amount of knowledge and guidance he provides is unsurpassed. I just purchased a BRZ and I only have great things to say about the customer service that was provided to me. Henry was amazing! He helped me through the whole process of placing my order and kept me updated the entire way about when the car arrived and would be ready for pickup. I've purchased/leased many vehicles in my lifetime but I must say, my experience at Timmons Subaru has been the best by far. They are complete professionals, extremely knowledgeable and obviously care about their customers and providing an excellent experience for them. They have a wide selection to choose from! This is the BEST dealership I have ever been to!!!! The sales person Curtis was so helpful during my visit and the process of purchase. Before I came here, I already went to several other Subaru dealerships. When I talked to them, I could immediately sense there were something off (lies, not professional about the product or the service, not genuine etc). After visiting a few dealers of different brand cars I ended up hear because of the knowledgeable and friendly sales person who was very helpful and responsive to questions over the phone and a very happy person. I had a great experience last Tuesday. For my birthday, I surprised myself with the Wilderness I have always wanted. I didn't plan on buying a car that day.
