Had the BEST experience at Timmons Subaru! My first time going to the dealership to buy a car and I had the most pleasant shopping experience. The salesman, Sebastian, was so helpful and kind. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted while still giving guidance when I needed it. One thing that stood out is that I truly felt like the whole process was me BUYING a car and not him SELLING to me. The sales person Henry Park provided extraordinary service. He was very respectful, helpful and had an absolutely positive attitude. Did I say how amazing he and the Finance person, Miles Custer were. It is hard to explain how comfortable they made my car buying experience. I would absolutely refer my family and friends to them both. They also made sure that I had follow up contact information for any questions I had after leaving the lot. Sebastian was great! He educated me a lot on the car before buying it. I took several months to think about it and I ended up coming back to him after shopping around at other dealerships. I felt comfortable with him because he made my buying experience so nice. He prepped the car and had it ready for me before I came. I felt he did all he could to get the preferences I want in a car, and he even made an effort to follow up. It's nice to feel taken care of and I'm glad he was my salesman. I am so happy with my Forrester.

Let me start by saying convincing myself to buy a car took forever because I just didn't want to deal with all the nerve wrecking things that come with it, but Timmons really did make it easy. Sebastian was amazing and made me feel a lot more at ease about the whole process and really worked with me. I'm absolutely happy with how my car buying experience went. Also Miles had a pretty fun fish tank!

Wow! What a great experience we had purchasing our 2025 Forester! Kam Beck was our sales guy and he was the best! Knowledgeable, patient, kind and not pushy or rushed. We finally decided on the best car for us and Kam was amazing explaining our options with the sales manager. When it was all done, Mike got us through the paperwork in a flash! I highly recommend Timmons Subaru! Ask for Kam! He gave us the best car buying experience we have ever had!!

We bought our Forester here and Henry was kind enough to help us with our purchase. He was really knowledgeable about everything, guided us through the purchase (this was our first car purchase) and financing, and made the process very simple.
