My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Outback Ltd from RUSTY a couple of days ago. The entire process couldn't have gone any easier! He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy. Once the paperwork was completed, we checked in with Miles, the Finance Manager. I highly recommend going to Timmons Subaru on Cherry in Long Beach. Ask for Jeff! Jeff is extremely informative, thorough, and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable with purchasing my new 2024 Subaru Impreza. Also, Miles has a really cool fish tank. It is so lively! He is also really nice and helpful. There was also a fish tank in the room next door, but it didn't look as cool as Miles's fish tank.

My wife and I stopped by Timmons Subaru to see and test drive the new Crosstrek in person. They had the largest inventory in stock and we wanted to see a specific trim and color. Sebastien met us, and was very welcoming to us and our dog. We took a test drive and answered all my questions, then he went out of his way to track down the exact color we wanted (there was only 1 left on their lot). I recently enjoyed an exceptional experience purchasing a beautiful, well-equipped Outback from Timmons Subaru. Sebastian was my sales associate and he was knowledgeable about the vehicles, patient, and attentive to every detail as we arrived at a great deal. I strongly recommend him. Henry in sales was honest, knowledgeable and very straight forward - which is a great formula for someone who needs to get in and out as quickly as possible! He helped us calculate the cost between a gas and electric car and was so patient while I asked a million questions. We had been shopping around at multiple Subaru dealerships for weeks for our 4th Subaru and he gave us the best deal hands down. 2 thumbs up for Henry!

I brought in my Forester to get the windshield wipers replaced. After a quick purchase at the parts department I went to the service department and a young man (Diego Sanchez) changed out the wipers instantly - at no cost. He had a wonderful attitude and was very friendly and courteous. Subaru never disappoints! Thank you!
