Curt Hutchens Steve helped me this time with my back-up camera problem on my F-150 pick-up. He kept me up dated during the day on how the repair was going.
repairs This was our first time at Tenvorde. We had a recall item fixed. Mike was very professional, customer focused and informative. We would come back again. One concern I did have was, I called the day before to confirm out appointment because I received a postcard stating that our parts were in and we should call and make an appointment. 10/23/14 service review I walked in with no appointment and was greeted at the door. Upon being escorted to service everyone was Friendly knowledgable and expeditious . Great shuttle service to/from my house.
Recall done I had a recall fixed. I got the appointment in a short time. It was fixed much quicker than I expected. I appreciated the free ride home.
