Good experience Every time I've visited the Quick Lane the staff have been helpful and expedient.
Great Service completed on time 2010 Ford Expedition Had remote start installed estimated 4 hour install completed in a little over 3 hours. Operation was explained and demonstrated (important) all good. Shuttle was offered but stayed onsite coffee water and wifi available and got a chance to look at a 2015 Escape. Thank you

2010 Taurus 2010 Taurus. Had left air vent motor replaced. Left vent system did not work after service was preformed. Took car in again and had center vent motor replaced. Now vent system works. Service manager fixed vent problem correctly and I would only pay for motor part because it was not fixed properly the first time I took car in for vent problem. I was very satisfied with service to correct the problem fairly.
no title I'm assuming this is regarding the auto butler service and it was great. Picked up visitors from the airport the next morning and they felt they were in a lux vehicle - smelled and looked so night a new!
Clean Facilities The oil change & recall were taken care of. I was told I needed new wipers so, I decided to replace them as well. Was also told about a possible tire rotation but, since I had this done the last time I was here I decided to wait on this until next time. I asked about buffing out some minor scratches on the driver side back door... I never got an answer.
