warranty work Tom the service advisor was very helpful, they did a great job on the warranty work. I was given a loaner car because they discovered an additional problem. Your service advisor went out and above to help me out. the service work was outstanding. the only complaints i have previous was one panel was not put back on, and this last time the clock was not reset

Good! The service was amazing! The guys in the service department are very welcoming and friendly to the customers. The vehicle was "fixed" fast and I was called with an update. We worked with Tom and Chad and the transportation guy (he was SUPER nice). I hope to not have to come back (that would mean vehicle issues) but if I do... I know it will all be taken care of! Car Detailing This was a detailing only. It was PERFECT. They found a dollar under the seats and left it nicely for me in a cup holder. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the detail and the perfection of the cleaning. Give the crew a raise!

oil change the courtesy shuttle worked out very well. timed it perfectly
Service I brought my 2014 Focus in for routine maintenance and 2 other issues I was having with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me status reports throughout the day.
