Amazing experience! After buying a used vehicle with Hassan's help, I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received from Kia. Hassan is always a phone call away if I have questions about the car I bought or any questions about servicing it. Also I love that every year I get a happy birthday email from him. I always recommend Hassan when people are looking for cars. He's very honest and upfront with everything which is unusual in my experience with car dealerships. Hassan is definitely an asset to Scott Kia.
Our new Kia The reason for the 5 star rating was because everyone was very professional , not to mention it was just the vehicle we were looking for because we had a 2015 Cadenza, before the Kia Stinger we traded in for the Cadenza we have now, Thank you very very much
Excellent customer service Went the extra mile to do the deal and make the entire experience seem less and enjoyable. In today’s world it’s rare to say I enjoyed buying a car but the people at Scott made it something more. I felt like a family member. They did not forget me after the sale. $$$$$ Have a minor finance issue that is in progress of getting corrected. Small miscommunication between sales & financing. Should be able to work it out. I can't say yet about customer service so that would be n/a.
Best car-buying experience I've ever had I went to Scott Kia to browse, found a car I was interested in, and went for a test drive with Hassan. He answered everything I could think to ask about the car and gave additional information besides. When I left to visit the next dealership he was helpful without the sales pressure I've come to dread when car shopping. Exceptional Service I knew what I was looking for in a car when I arrived at Scott Kia but then I began to change my mind and working with Jeff was great! He talked to us more like he was a friend and not a salesman. He is very knowledgeable and explained the difference between a few of the vehicles we were looking at and let us make the decision for ourselves.
