Professional, yet very personable. Dealership was very clean and well cared for. All staff that I enteracted with were kind, accommodating and genuine. Buying a vehicle is a large purchase and my salesperson Jeff Beleck took the time to review my options, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and spent the time to explain the process. I went to the dealership with the idea of buying/leasing a very different vehicle than I drove away in! The vehicle is awesome and I couldn't be happier.

New Car Purchase Love Scott Kia of Springfield the service we received from our salesman was excellent, he did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted, great guy and really knew and understood the car we were looking at. Great Experience I went the dealership to look at a certified pre-owned car that I viewed online. When looking at the numbers, the price was higher than I was expecting and they worked with me to get to a number I was comfortable with. There was no pressure when I decided to go home and think it over before going back and getting the car a few days later. Very good experience.
