Unlike Other Dealers - A Great Experience I shopped for this car *seriously* - both used and new, up and down the Eastern seaboard. I kept finding that other dealers played games to make closing a deal impossible - low ball trade estimates, undisclosed sky-high dealer fees, backing the transportation out of the price only to tack it in at the end, etc. Ali is a gentleman - absolutely listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions for us to consider, and had deep knowledge of the cars he showed us. Smoothest car purchase yet. We came in to find a used Kia Sorento to take for a test ride. We are new to Kia and didn't know what they had in stock. We were greeted by the Manager who put us in the capable hands of Hassan Arouh. Hassan was diligent in finding out exactly what we were looking for and showed us what he had available. Not Bad At All It was a pleasant atmosphere, clean facility, and pleasant personnel. My visit was satisfying and accommodating. I received the vehicle I desired but, a little more that I expected. Overall it was good.
