Tiffany was amazing! We stopped in just browsing, and ended up purchasing a showroom Kia Forte because of her knowledge and patience!! There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but the safety and other features were key. We will be back!!
Tiffany Hall was the first person we met coming in the door on a Friday night. This was our first time with Kia after 3 Toyota leases and Tiffany won us over with her first impression and follow through. I came back Monday after reviewing all my options and she picked up where we left off Friday. She was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. Very Transparent I worked with Ali and have to say in all my years of buying cars, which is many, this was the most enjoyable. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to pay. There was no pressure to buy and everything was laid out and explained in detail. They also went out of there way to get me the car since it was not in there inventory and spent considerable time going over the car`s many functions. Checking out in finance was a breeze as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Scott Kia is the best at what they do! We have been looking for a specific Telluride for a month now, Jeff and the Scott Kia team jumped through hoops to find us our Telluride on the very same day!
