Best experience ever !! Keith was wonderful. I came to see about a Kia Optima on September 3rd, 2019. I drove off the lot the same day with my car. Keith assisted me every step of the way and worked to get what I wanted. He explained what my car had to offer so swiftly. The best car buying experience we have ever had! I can’t tell you how much we love Scott Kia in Springfield and the whole team! We ESPECIALLY LOVE Jeff Belack!! Financing a new car My experience was EXCELLENT!!! My boyfriend drug me into the dealership, me feeling very discouraged and unconfident that i would be able to get a car, and Keith got me into a new car! He was so helpful and patient! He was very informative and well knowledge about everything! Any questions i had he had an answer for me! I’m still smiling from ear to ear! Im sending everyone i know there!

New car purchase Chad was amazing to work with. I can’t say enough good things about him!!! He not only was great to us but also my 2 young kids! He was patient with them and kept them entertained while we did our paperwork. He made the whole process easy. We never felt pressured at all!!
