Best buying experience. The employees in the dealership were awesome. Working with Keith Williams and Kristen Ross was a delight. Keith was literally the best EVER! being as though, this was my first time buying a car, so everything was so new to me; however, Keith was extremely patient with me! he helped the process go incredibly smooth as well as guiding me to the right decision. i do not think i would’ve done it without Keith! my father appreciate him for all of his help and guidance also! we thank you Keith!

Positive Experience My entire car buying experience was positive. Jeff B is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all patient with assisting me in getting me the vehicle I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Paula H. from finance was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. Dave B. the sales manager was also very nice and helpful in the sales process. Very happy with my new car purchase.

Great Experience! Great low pressure sales experience with Jeff B and Dave the sales manager. I was looking for a car with all of the available safety features on the market today. I test drove the Kia Forte LSX. My homework suggested this was a car with great value and was loaded with all of safety features I was looking to have in a car. I left Scott Kia in a 2019 Forte. Great Experience I was nervous about buying a car, but Ali made everything comfortable and easy. He listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget to help me pick out the perfect car. Kristen in the financial department was also very nice and helpful in explaining all of the paperwork. I'm so happy with my purchase, and I definitely recommend working with Ali at Scott Kia of Springfield for a great car buying experience!
