Service visit Great experience as always. The young man who greeted me was courteous and knowledgeable. When it was evident I needed more work done (an alignment) he explained it and told me how long it would take. The car was done within that time frame.

Pros from top to bottom. Romeo Chevrolet has many loyal fans in the Hudson Valley and that loyalty is well deserved. The Owners are on site keeping up the esprit de corps from sales to service. I am only four months into my new relationship with the Dealership so I won't get too far ahead of myself- but so far... GOOD!
Service was done in a short period of time All the people I have interacted with in sales and now service have been very helpful and friendly; service was prompt and easy to access; just wish they could have lowered the sound of the blinker inside which Jake did check. One time when I was driving the sound had gone off for a short time then came back so I thought it could be changed.
