Efficient Quicker than usual oil change and tire rotation. They even found a nail in my tire and marked it for me so I could fixit myself . Thanks Joe!

FIRST CLASS I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE BY A VERY PLEASANT YOUNG LADY CALLED BRITTANY, I EXPLAINED I HAD A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT SEVERAL MILES AWAY AND COULD SHE MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED BY A CERTAIN TIME.SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO HER BEST, I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM AND SHE CAME AND GAVE ME A PROGRESS REPORT THAT MY CAR WAS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AND FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME I SPECIFIED IT BE READY SHE CAME AND TOLD ME IT WAS FINISHED . EXCELLENT JOB BY HER AND THE REST OF THE STAFF THANKS

Trailer brake system problem. Needed help fixing a trailer brake problem. I talked to Joe Sanford who understood the problem and passed the problem description on to the tech. Joe saw that I had an extended warranty and got the o.k. to process a claim. The work was completed in good order and so far so good.
