Sales experience Made original contact via Internet with Kurt regarding a used truck, following up with several phone calls and then scheduled a time to come in to Preaton Honda. Our drive to the dealership was delayed as a massive storm rolled thru the area in the late morning, but we stayed in touch with Kurt and the Sales Manager rescheduling for later that same day. Do NOT trust them! Used car purchase was AWEFUL! The worst used car experience imaginable LIARS: DO NOT TRUST THEM! I recently bought a used Honda Ridgeline in an out of state transaction. I was coming to them from about an hour and a half away in Ohio. They were not helpful from the beginning and ended up lying about services that had been done and would be done to the vehicle I was purchasing. I was considering buying a Civic hybrid and did not know much about the vehicle. This salesperson only offered answers to specific questions that I asked. Also during my test ddive, he took a personal phone call from his brother in law who wanted to know if Dale wanted a cup of coffee. At that point, I felt disrespected. It was if his personal call was more important that I was. I would never again go to this dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. Poor form.

This is a reversal of my original review of this This is a reversal of my original review of this dealership. My wife and I bought a used Infiniti G35X here July 20,2011. We thought we got a good deal---then.Trent Tanner our sales rep. said the people who had owned the Infiniti, had lost one of the Intelligent key system key fobs and that Preston Honda would replace it with a new one.Great! Made an appointment for state inspection and oil change for 12 noon for my 2005 Honda S2000. I arrived right at noon and had my car checked in. In the time while I was waiting in the waiting area, two more Honda owners came in for the same service. The first person who came in was out in about a half an hour, while my car had not even been taken into the service bay yet. I rated the quality of work bad because in the process of my time there they managed to loose my registration for the car i was trading in before i agreed to buy the car the sales person was to young and not very knowledgeable the finace person was the most helpful to me

Parts manager substituted aftermarket parts for manufacturer parts:they failed refused to honor the warranty made a stink,they admitted their mistake. Within a year parts failed. Overpriced, find problems where none exist to create repair bills & false inspection needs (verified by the inspecting garage NOT to need repair or replacement).

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TRADE-IN VALUE. DEALER GAVE LENGHTY REASON WHY WE COULD NOT RECEIVE MORE FUNDS FOR TRADE-IN, AND THAT DEALER WOULD NOT MAKE HIGH PROFITS ON OUR VEHICLE. THE ONLINE SALE PRICE IS $6000 HIGHER THAN WHAT WAS GIVEN TO US. WILL NO LONGER TRUST DEALERSHIP AND THEREFORE WILL NOT MAKE FUTURE PURCHASES, NOR REFER BUSINESS TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, CUSTOMERS, OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.
