Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was loooking for. He did everything he could to make me comfortable. Preston Motors was at the end of our tour down New Castle's auto row. We were looking at what was available that we could easily enter and fit into. We keep our vehicles for a long time. We had a little difficulty locating the Buick Cadillac show room, but upon entering we were met with a clean bright showroom and extremely friendly personnel. Everyone was helpful from the initial internet contact and pre-approval to the actual visit in person to see the vehicle. It was busy but Rick Ferrari was very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome... never just dumped us off on someone else or left us wondering where to wait or what to do next. We were in constant contact with friendly workers and kept comfortable. Definitely was the best car buying (lease) experience we have ever had.
