we stopped in to peruse the showroom and lot because we were lookl\ing for a good deal on a new or fairly new used car. nick was busy with another customersnd asked Frank Johndon to help us until he was free. Everyone went out of their way to answer questions and help us to find the deal we were looking for. Great service, great employees, great dealership. We got a great almost new 2012 Buick LaCrosse at a great price. Thank you to everyone who made this happen.

We have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past so we were very guarded when looking to trade our car in for a new one. We felt Brandon Ferrari was very honest and trying to get us the best deal. He listened to us and got us the price we wanted for our trade in and new monthly payment. We will return to Preston Motors and use Brandon's services again when looking for any cars.

This is the second vehicle I have got at Preston Toyota in New Castle. Both experiences have been wonderful. Being able to work out many details (estimated pricing, vehicles available, ect) over the phone or online prior to stepping onto the lot was extremely helpful in our busy lives. The staff has always been very helpful and go out of their way to make the experience smooth. I will definately return again in the future and have/will recommended the dealership to friends and family.

Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was loooking for. He did everything he could to make me comfortable. Preston Motors was at the end of our tour down New Castle's auto row. We were looking at what was available that we could easily enter and fit into. We keep our vehicles for a long time. We had a little difficulty locating the Buick Cadillac show room, but upon entering we were met with a clean bright showroom and extremely friendly personnel.
