We were very pleased with the service and attention we received in reference to purchasing our new 2012 GMC Sierra and Joe Melicahr as our salesman. we stopped in to peruse the showroom and lot because we were lookl\ing for a good deal on a new or fairly new used car. nick was busy with another customersnd asked Frank Johndon to help us until he was free. Everyone went out of their way to answer questions and help us to find the deal we were looking for. Great service, great employees, great dealership. We have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past so we were very guarded when looking to trade our car in for a new one. We felt Brandon Ferrari was very honest and trying to get us the best deal. He listened to us and got us the price we wanted for our trade in and new monthly payment. We will return to Preston Motors and use Brandon's services again when looking for any cars.

This is the second vehicle I have got at Preston Toyota in New Castle. Both experiences have been wonderful. Being able to work out many details (estimated pricing, vehicles available, ect) over the phone or online prior to stepping onto the lot was extremely helpful in our busy lives. The staff has always been very helpful and go out of their way to make the experience smooth. I will definately return again in the future and have/will recommended the dealership to friends and family.
