Everyone was helpful from the initial internet contact and pre-approval to the actual visit in person to see the vehicle. It was busy but Rick Ferrari was very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome... never just dumped us off on someone else or left us wondering where to wait or what to do next. We were in constant contact with friendly workers and kept comfortable. Definitely was the best car buying (lease) experience we have ever had.

We had a great experience at Prestons. Sarge listened to us and answered all of our questions. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We have worked with him in the past and have been happy every time. Cortny was very nice and expained all of the paperwork very well.
