The Prius C is a great car and the price was reasonable. I get very good mileage on the Prius C. Lots of good comments from friends and people who seen the car. The dealership was excellent and fast. Gave me a fair trade in value for my car. So, I would recommened the dealership and the Toyota Prius C to anyone.

Brandon provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and follow-up to an email inquiry. Everyone in dealership was polite, friendly and helpful. Knowledge, caring, good attitudes pleased.

Our 13 year old Honda CRV was starting to show its age and it was time for a change. We really weren't in love with the new body styles that Honda came out with and started looking at the Toyota's. I knew the car I wanted, Toyota Camry Hybrid. I did an inquiry via internet and Brandon got back to me quickly. He gave a competitive interet price quote - it was $1200 lower than another dealer's internet price quote. I wanted a specific model that he didn't have on the lot, he got it for me the next day. I went out to complete purchase, got a good price on my trade in and the finance group set up a loan w/great rate. I would highly recommend Brandon and this dealership.

From someone who has a fear of dealerships and car salespersons, I was thoroughly impressed by my experience @ Preston. Brandon was very attentive to what we wanted, he never tried to steer us in a different direction. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer all our questions. We never felt any pressure from Brandon or Bob, or anyone for that matter, which I have felt at other dealerships. Of all the dealers my family & I have dealt with over the past, this one has had the best customer service ever--the people were great to work with & very friendly without being pushy and went above and beyond when my dad bought his Sienna and I bought my RAV-4, so we would definitely recommend this dealer and go back to them in the future, and I'm sure we will be when it comes time for my mom to trade in her Camry!

We visited this dealership to purchase a new Camry Hybrid. In fact, we drove nearly an hour to get there, passing a local Toyota dealership (three miles from our house)where we have had numerous bad experiences. Danny and Bobby were friendly, easy to work with, and the sale went smoothly. (Except for the part about waiting to get the color my husband wanted; not the dealer's fault.) We will definitely return, when it's time to trade in my Highlander.
