Seth and Laurie helped me out at the service center in Alliance after I had just bought a pre owned car from another dealership that had a bad fan relay in it, causing my car to die on me randomly while being heavily pregnant and with my 2 year old. I called and spoke to Laurie and because it was covered under warranty, she very quickly set me up with a loaner car! Seth and Laurie both made this stressful experience very easy on me and my family! They were both very helpful and understanding.
