Lot improvement and verification check list should be followed by technician to avoid uncovered issues. Need to avoid dependence on customer to identify issue. Simple issues like fixing tire frequently loosing air pressure partially takes 3 visits and a call to Sam’s technician to identify the issue is not acceptable. Simple fix to side mirror camera dislocated from the grout should be fixed or need to be verified and showing to customer need to explain further steps to avoid future issues, not just suggesting to replace wit... read more
