Lot improvement and verification check list should be followed by technician to avoid uncovered issues. Need to avoid dependence on customer to identify issue. Simple issues like fixing tire frequently loosing air pressure partially takes 3 visits and a call to Sam’s technician to identify the issue is not acceptable.
