Great service & service writers. Always gets me in on Saturdays without an appointment. I don’t have the time to make appointments in the week due to work obligations so I have to go in on Saturday.

One of my concerns was addressed, and I do appreciate that. However, there were several issues with the overall service visit. I had to inform the team that I may have had a nail in my tire, which I did, because it did not appear that the tire pressure or tires were checked during the visit. Also, the vehicle was not washed or vacuumed as promised I understand the survey reflects your performance as the service advisor, but from a customer standpoint, the overall experience fell short of what I expected.
