I would like to express my satisfaction with the service team, but I am deeply disappointed with the Kia brand and the quality of this vehicle. Although I have owned the car for only three years and have maintained exceptionally low mileage (14,425 miles), I have already dealt with five recalls and a premature rotor resurfacing that cost $225 out-of-pocket.
