I recently moved back into the DFW area and chose Moritz as it's the closest dealership to my home; I have visited the dealership for regular maintenance as well as warranty work. My service advisor, Jonathan Pena is absolutely wonderful; he is on top of the repairs, stays in touch with his customers with updated status, costs and eta's. Moritz is definitely top of the line in all aspects.

Paul and Lance were amazing to work with. I have a brand new 26 sportage thay was having issues and they both listened to me and made sure my car was fixed, even though it already needed a new transmission. 😔 I was grateful to how quickly I was put in a rental and my car was being checked/fixed. I also want to thank Brian bc he was very helpful in the process, when Paul was out or busy. Its stressful when you buy a brand new car that already has issues but these guys made things smooth from start to finish.
