One of my concerns was addressed, and I do appreciate that. However, there were several issues with the overall service visit. I had to inform the team that I may have had a nail in my tire, which I did, because it did not appear that the tire pressure or tires were checked during the visit. Also, the vehicle was not washed or vacuumed as promised I understand the survey reflects your performance as the service advisor, but from a customer standpoint, the overall experience fell short of what I expected. I would like to express my satisfaction with the service team, but I am deeply disappointed with the Kia brand and the quality of this vehicle. Although I have owned the car for only three years and have maintained exceptionally low mileage (14,425 miles), I have already dealt with five recalls and a premature rotor resurfacing that cost $225 out-of-pocket.
