Great customer service, in the first place. A very nice environment, wonderfully fresh coffee to choose from, and if I've delayed in providing a review, it's because I was enjoying the relaxation my little Snout (that's the name I've given to my Kia Soul, for it has a very wide, distinctive "nose") provides me now, clean, silent, and, most importantly, with very reliable new brakes. Special thanks to Christian, for all the trouble he took explaining to me everything I asked about- and I surely like to ask questions...
