This is a second time coming to the alliance location & Seth helped me both times. He was knowledgeable & easy to work with. I live closer to the Hurst location. But the quality of service is night & day. I will drive a couple extra miles on 35 to Alliance for them to properly service my auto. Worth it!

My service advisor was pleasant and kept me informed. No hard sell on items that were recommended (my husband replaces the cabin filter). Vehicle was finished before estimated time and was washed and ready to go. Very happy with my experience.
