We came for an oil change I thought I had scheduled (never completed the appointment online) and they still fit us in! They were also very helpful with getting our second set of keys and honoring a deal we had with a salesman that no longer works there. Great experience and awesome service.

The team found and fixed the problem in my car that was creating a very loud vibration noise! I love driving my Kia again after a few months of NOT wanting to be in the car! They listened carefully to my concerns and were very professional in communicating well.

Seth Geanske attended me when I took my vehicle to get an oil change. After the work, he went through the vehicle condition report and told me what I needed to have done .He was very patient and informative. I would work with him on my future visits.

This is a second time coming to the alliance location & Seth helped me both times. He was knowledgeable & easy to work with. I live closer to the Hurst location. But the quality of service is night & day. I will drive a couple extra miles on 35 to Alliance for them to properly service my auto. Worth it!
