Christian did a great job communicating with me what to expect, the time I would be waiting on my car and ensured I was taken care of. He was kind and respectful all while doing his job. Laurie, was so kind. Super professional and helpful all while being friendly. I didn’t stress or worry about my car being taken care of. I’ve had to bring my car for a few recalls this summer and each time, instead of being stressed out, I know I’m in good hands.

Setting up the appointment was super easy which was greatly appreciated. Christian was awesome and took over as soon as I got there. Even bumped me up in priority since I was waiting. Seems small, but the fact that my appointment time meant I was actually seen and my vehicle serviced right then was incredible. So many other places it wouldn’t mean a thing.
