Very helpful, friendly, and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle we were considering purchasing. When it came time to finish our purchase he helped walk us through the different features of the vehicle.

I came into Mazda of New Rochelle to visit service for problems with my Apple CarPlay in my 2023 CX-9 Carbon Erition. I happen to see my sales consultant Charles and he helped me fix the error and made situation easy to fix. I’m thankful I didn’t have to wait in line for a service advisor. Charles is excellent and knows his stuff.
