Positives: able to drop off vehicle early, video which showed what was inspected, pleasant advisor Negatives: car was not cleaned as is the usual protocol, service desk was unattended when we went to pick up vehicle, difficult to exit dealership on to main road.

First time visiting this dealer for service. I am very pleased with their service, communication regarding costs and services and the video I received from technician explaining condition of vehicle and what required future service. I received excellent service from Amanda the service advisor. She was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed! I will return to Mazda of New Rochelle for continued service of my Mazda CX-5.
