They were fine and provided me with the best deal I could find. But I had a hard time after I took possession of the car. They made an $1100 error in their favor which was difficult and aggravating and took a few days to resolve. The culprit was their internal communication system. I couldn't reach the people I needed and nobody bothered telling me they were off those days. I thought I was being ghosted. Ultimately resolved (thanks Naim).
