My entire visit was pleasant especially Amanda at the front desk, great customer service. She kept me informed of every step of the service. The wait was no problem, car was done in a timely manner while I waited.

Everyone was extremely helpful and not pushy. Ross went out of his way to assist me although they were short staffed that day. Naim from finance was very pleasant to deal with as well.

The staff were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Ross Pierre is a great guy; he wasn’t pushy but informative. He even put on my wheel locks himself, since Service was super busy!
