Positives: able to drop off vehicle early, video which showed what was inspected, pleasant advisor Negatives: car was not cleaned as is the usual protocol, service desk was unattended when we went to pick up vehicle, difficult to exit dealership on to main road.

I am very pleased with their service, communication regarding costs and services and the video I received from technician explaining condition of vehicle and what required future service.
