Hi I recently went to the new Mazda Dealership in New Rochelle and got into a new lease . The sales person Massimo was very kind and informative about the current lease deals .I had a great experience. I would recommend this dealership and the sales rep Massimo .

I didn’t like that had to wait three hours to have my car fixed then I said if I come back and there’s something wrong with my car, they won’t give me a loaner because I have to leave the car for two days to check it out first.

I vote an original review because I received a car that had engine malfunction. After I was told it was completed the same issue arose. I want to be very clear, it has nothing to do with Chris. The service I received from Chris has been excellent. He is patient, explains everything, and truly concerns about the happiness of his client.
