Purchasing a car was not an easy task. We went to a few dealerships but were unable to find the car that was best for our family. Though Mazda of New Rochelle was far from home, they were able to make our travel and time worth while. Lewis did an amazing job. His patience, attentiveness and honesty were unmatched. If it weren’t for Lewis, we probably would have left this dealership empty handed again. Also, Kenny, the manager, helped a lot. He really worked hard to be both reasonable and fair.

From the moment I pulled into the lot,I received excellent customer service. Everything was explained to me clearly. Didn't mind waiting while my car was serviced because the customer waiting area was clean, had some amenities like coffee, tea, and water.
