If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had seamless experience leasing my vehicle at Mazda of New Rochelle. Let me start by saying that I live in Long Island not close to New Rochelle but I would be more than happy to make the drive for my next vehicles. So after spending hours at one Mazda dealer and getting a very high price, I knew exactly what car I wanted. This was our first time at the dealership, my daughter had had previously dealt with them. The sales rep Dimitru was very personable and patient. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions, He set up a test drive for us and highlighted all of the important features of the vehicle. He stepped us through the financing and was patient with our insurance agency and securing our necessary paperwork. It was years since we purchased a new car and this was a very positive experience.

I had been having major issues with my new CX 50 until I sat down and met with Greg Werner, Service and Parts Director. He listened to me rant for 20 minutes but stepped in and immediately addressed my issues. I was then put in touch with Joy from Customer experience and she kept me updated of the status of my claim. Joy and Greg have excellent client service skills. Greg even brought my car up to me . A big thank you to both

This was my first time here and the service was amazing. I felt comfortable and was notified as soon as my car was ready and given a break down of even the best times to come for service to ensure i am in and out at a faster time.
