What An Exceptional Man! I came in to purchase a 2016 Honda Accord Pre-owned. He Showed Me The Vehicles Functionality. Then Took me on a test drive before purchasing the vehicle. I won't disclose the price of my vehicle I purchased but what I can say it was very affordable and cheaper than two other honda accords I was looking for elsewhere with fewer mile radius. Charles was very professional in his car salesman duties I came into Mazda to see about leasing a CX-5 because my prior lease to my Hyundai Sonta is coming to an end. Charles showed me two trim levels I've been inquiring to check out. I test drove a touring and the grandtouring reserved. I was very impressed with both vehicles but I found the grandtouring reserve to be more my speed. Charles explained to me all the features while on the test drive which helped me make a decision.

Mazda of New Rochelle We had excellent service by the salesman Charles Cunningham. The showroom is small and the dealership has a lower level of amenities than other competitors. They need a new bigger updated facility. Dealer was busy. Had took seek out finance manger to complete transaction.
Great improvements When I purchased my Mazda in 2014, interactions with this dealership were terrible. Now in 2019, after some major changes in processing of service appointments and staff, I am very happy with Mazda, New Rochelle and have regained trust in them. Great job everyone!
