Great customer service This is my third CX-5 from Mazda, but my first purchase with MAZDA of New Rochelle. Charles was very polite and so professional, he asked me the right questions to get me interested in a trim more advanced then my previous model. Charles was very kind and willing to work with me throughout all my ongoing questions about the deal I was receiving. I’m very satisfied with his knowledge towards the product and his urgency with making sure I was out of the dealership in a timely fashion.
