Mazda of New Rochelle We had excellent service by the salesman Charles Cunningham. The showroom is small and the dealership has a lower level of amenities than other competitors. They need a new bigger updated facility. Dealer was busy. Had took seek out finance manger to complete transaction.
Great improvements When I purchased my Mazda in 2014, interactions with this dealership were terrible. Now in 2019, after some major changes in processing of service appointments and staff, I am very happy with Mazda, New Rochelle and have regained trust in them. Great job everyone!

Service My experience from arrival until car completion was fantastic. The gentleman signing me in when I arrived for my scheduled appointment was professional and even better, very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. He kept me constantly updated and advised of future needs for the car.
Remarkable & Genuine Service The first car shown to me was the car I ended up purchasing... so wild but true! Every member of the team at New Rochelle Madza was as so genuine and welcoming! Charles, Lily & Barry went above and beyond and was so accommodating. Everyone at New Rochelle Madza is so incredibly caring and made my purchase so pleasant and seamless. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received especially with a car dealership. They are amazing people!
Great customer service , Don was very clear in explaining Don was very courteous and specific in the service I would be getting today .. I went in about half an hour before my appointments and they took care of me right away . Staff was pretty friendly and I felt very comfortable there .
