Routine service I was able to customize my service, eliminating tasks I am able to do on my own. Luis was very helpful in applying the best service coupon for maximum savings. I gave only 4 stars because a few months ago, I was unable to get an i-eloop battery replaced by them. After 2 months of calling, I went to a different dealer who got it for me in 5 days. Getting parts has been a problem in the past as well, otherwise, an excellent dealer and service department.

Wonderful service. Great job. My experience with Mazda of New Rochelle has been wonderful. Mr. Charles Cunningham has been especially good. He is personable, knowledgeable, and so willing to please..Lily Memija who sold us the CX-5 was also extremely accommodating in every way, making our association with Mazda of NR a pleasure!

Charles is able, knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help. Charles went out of his way to help me select the specific Mazda that was right for me. The dealer proivided a comfortable setting and had the variety of cars necessary. All in all a good place to purchase a car with a superb sales person (Charles) to guide me.

2019 CX9 2019 CX-9 purchase was easy and fast and Sam was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Worked with me on getting a heck of a deal. Concise and expectations exceeded. First car buying experience, but glad to have Charles there Setting up the test drive was easy, immediate loved the feel and handle of the car. Great experience As a first time buyer I was very grateful that Charles took his time with me. He was very descriptive and made sure that I understood all the information that was put infront of me. Not once did I feel that I was being gotten for my dollars or taken advantage of. Charles even drove me to the bank to withdraw my down payment I was really surprised about that. Amazing Experience After months of deciding what car to buy I decided to get a new CX-5. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Charles who was welcoming and asked me what I was interested in rather than trying to force me to look at something I didn’t want. I test drove the CX-5 and immediately fell in love. Charles was helpful and informative which made the process much more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend.
